Our award winning 2023 Sangiovese Gin has been resting peacefully for just over nine months in old red wine barrels, slowly softening and developing rich characters of ripe cherry, red fruits and soft warming pepper. This gin is perfect to sip on over ice, or enjoyed in a classic cocktail such as a Gin Fizz or Tom Collins. With an extremely limited release of 200 bottles this will sell out so don’t drag your feet or you will miss out.
