INGREDIENTS

50ml Naught Overproof Gin
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Semi-Rich Sugar Syrup
2 x Mint Leaves

GARNISH

Mint Leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake for 1 minute then strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.

To finish, garnish with a lime twist.⁠
