INGREDIENTS:

60ml Classic Dry Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Semi-Rich Sugar Syrup
15ml Egg White
3 Fresh Raspberries

GARNISH:

Fresh Raspberry

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake for several minutes then strain them into your preferred glass.

To finish, garnish with a fresh raspberry.⁠
