Naught's Gimlet is a cocktail of pure sophistication — crisp, clean, and effortlessly balanced. Bright lime meets silky gin in a refreshing fusion that’s both sharp and smooth. Elegant simplicity at its finest, the Gimlet delivers timeless allure and perfect poise in every sip — a true classic that never fades.

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Australian Dry Gin
30ml Lime Leaf Cordial
10ml Lime Juice

GARNISH:

Lime Leaf

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake for a minute then pour into a chilled Nick and Nora Glass

To finish, garnish with a Lime Leaf on the rim of the glass

Distilled from the purest wheat spirit and infused with juniper, bright citrus, toasted wattle seed, and warming star anise, this gin offers a beautifully layered and contemporary take on the classic dry style.

Tasting Notes

Expect an immediate hit of fresh juniper and zesty citrus, followed by the warmth of cassia and the nutty depth of wattle seed.
