GIN FIZZ

The Gin Fizz is a classic cocktail that exudes refreshing elegance and timeless appeal. This delightful libation is a beloved member of the fizz family of cocktails, known for its effervescent and effulgent character. With its roots dating back to the late 19th century, the Gin Fizz has become a cherished favourite among cocktail enthusiasts worldwide.

INGREDIENTS:

60ml Overproof Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Semi-Rich Sugar Syrup
15ml Egg White
Top with soda

GARNISH:

Lemon Wedge

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for approximately 8-10 seconds. Taste the ingredients to check you have the right balance of flavour. Fine strain into your preferred pre-chilled glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
