INGREDIENTS

30ml Naught Overproof Gin
60ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Cream of Coconut
30ml Coconut Milk
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Dark Rum

GARNISH

Pineapple Leaf or Wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake for 1 minute then strain into a chilled Pineapple glass.

To finish, garnish with a Pineapple leaf or Wedge
