- 60ml Naught Barrell Aged Shiraz
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Egg WhiteÂ
- Garnish with orange coin

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for approximately 8-10 seconds. Taste the ingredients to check you have the right balance of flavour. Fine strain into your preferred pre-chilled glass and garnish with an orange coin.
