  • 40ml Australian Dry Gin
  • 35ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 5ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes of orange bitters
  • Garnish with a cherry

Make it like this:

Pour all the ingredients into the shaker or mixing glass with ice and stir for approximately 8-10 seconds.

Taste the ingredients to check you have the right balance of flavour. Fine strain into a pre-chilled nick & nora glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
