  • 25ml Classic Dry Gin
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • Top with prosecco & garnish with a lemon twist

Make it like this:

Pour all the ingredients except the sparkling wine into a shaker and shake vigorously for approximately 8-10 seconds. Taste the ingredients to check you have the right balance of flavour. Fine strain into a pre-chilled champagne glass and top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
