The Sanjo Sour
This gin classic is made so much more tantalising with the silky sweet cherry and spice of the Sangiovese Gin. Easy to make at home and even easier to drink when you have Naught Sangiovese Gin to add to your mix.
- 45ml Naught Sangiovese Gin
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml egg white
Make it Like This
Pour all your ingredients into your shaker and give it a good shake before adding ice.
Add a generous scoop of ice and shake your ingredients again, giving the mix ample time to cool.
Fine strain your Sanjo Sour into a coupe glass and add a plump orange twist to garnish.
